The Foals are an English rock band from Oxford, England. They are currently signed to Transgressive Records in the United Kingdom and Sub Pop in the United States. They released their debut album Antidotes on 24 March 2008 in the UK, and 8 April 2008 in the US.[1] The band's second album, Total Life Forever, was released on 10 May 2010. The band's first mixtape Tapes was released on 3 July 2012 as part of the !K7 series. The band's third album Holy Fire was released on 11 February 2013.

On 19 October 2012, Foals announced on their Facebook page that the title of their upcoming third album would be Holy Fire.[11] They announced on 26 October 2012 that Holy Fire will be released in Britain on 11 February 2013. The album's lead single "Inhaler" received its first radio play on 5th November 2012. They played the song "My Number" for the first time on Later... with Jools Holland, and will also be on the record. The album was released in both the United Kingdom and the United States on 11th February 2013.

In late November through until mid-December, Foals toured the UK for an album preview. The tour was supported by Petite Noir (a close friend of Yannis'). Their American tour began in January 2013.

Saul Hudson (born July 23, 1965), better known by his nickname Slash, is a British-American musician and songwriter.[1] He is best known as the former lead guitarist of the American hard rock band Guns N' Roses, with whom he achieved worldwide success in the late 1980s and early 1990s. During his later years with Guns N' Roses, Slash formed the side project Slash's Snakepit. Adam Noah Levine[1] (born March 18, 1979) is an American singer-songwriter, musician and occasional actor[2] best known as the front man and lead singer of American pop rock band Maroon 5. He is also a coach on the American talent show The Voice.

This bluesy ballad features Maroon 5 frontman Adam Levine. Slash admitted to the Los Angeles Times that fans may be a bit surprised by some of the people he collaborated with on the album. "I wasn't trying to consciously bridge any generation gaps or to try to be eclectic," the guitarist said. "I wrote the music first, and I took the different styles of music that I was writing and farmed it out to singers who I thought might like it or be appropriate for. So for instance, I'd say, 'Adam Levine would sound amazing on this.' So while that may be way off the beaten Slash path, I knew that's what I would sound great." Slash added: "This was a musical statement for me. I provided music for the singers, and it was an open campus for them to do what they wanted. Some people we collaborated on the music, and did whatever was necessary for that singer to have as much input, and some instances the arrangement I set the demo is the way it came out on the record. They had free rein on the lyrics and the vocal melodies."
Slash told Musicradar.com: "It was a piece of music I couldn't let go of. I finally got to the point where I had a complete arrangement and had written string parts on keyboard and recorded a demo. Even the engineer who I was doing the demos with was sick of hearing that song!
I thought Adam wasn't going to be sure about it. But I went to his house and he actually liked it a lot and he wrote the perfect vocal for it. He sings like an angel on it, and it doesn't sound like Maroon 5 but you can tell it's his voice. I think people will really appreciate the way it sounds."

Anberlin is an American rock band formed in Winter Haven, Florida in 2002. Since the beginning of 2007, the band has consisted of lead vocalist Stephen Christian, guitarists Joseph Milligan and Christian McAlhaney, bassist Deon Rexroat, and drummer Nathan Young.

Fall Out Boy is an American pop punk band from Wilmette, Illinois, formed in 2001.
